MAN MOVEMENT & MAGIC
Many men are carrying the weight of responsibility, pressure and expectation — often trying to navigate everything alone. The “lone wolf” mentality can feel powerful, but over time it can leave us disconnected, overwhelmed and carrying more than we need to.
Man Movement & Magic is a space for men to step out of the day-to-day demands, reconnect with themselves, and be supported by a like-minded community.
About Anthony:
Coming from a rugby background, I’ve experienced first-hand the power of being part of a team — the accountability, connection and strength that comes from moving together towards something bigger.
Alongside my experience in performance and leadership, I’ve trained in practices that support calm, awareness and inner growth. This programme brings both worlds together: helping men develop the ability to perform at their best while also finding more balance, clarity and peace.
What To Expect
Each session creates space to:
• Step away from normal pressures
• Breathe and reset
• Move your body
• Reflect and gain clarity
• Connect with like-minded men

Sessions include:

🌬️ Breathwork and grounding
🧘 Movement practices including yoga, tai chi, yin yoga and bodyweight work
🔥 Reflection and guided meditation
✨ Visualisation to connect with goals, dreams and future vision
📖 Journaling to capture insights and create action
