The Manor house is the first property you’ll see when entering through the gates. Within this building you will find 7 bedrooms which are spread over 2 floors, 5 rooms on the first floor, 2 rooms on the second floor. The staircase to access the second floor is narrower than a standard staircase and there is a pitched ceiling on the landing above.

This building is bursting with character, with no end of quirks to discover during your stay. The reception rooms will be accessible for breakout, social and writing time. We are certain you’ll find plenty of inspiration amongst these walls…

We’ve named the bedrooms - ‘The Traitors Rest’, ‘The Hidden Bog’, ‘The Lady in the Lake’, ‘The Turqouise Plot’, ‘The Secret Escritoire’, ‘Shakespeare’s Sanctuary’ and ‘The Random Treasure’.

Reception rooms for you to discover are Kitchen with adjoining Orangery, Snug, Dining Room, Drawing Room and Sunroom. Additionally, you’ll wander between the internal hallway, ponder in the main entrance, use the grand staircase (or the hidden one) - but don’t go down into the cellar!
