Chocolate & Calm, Rawsome Chocolate

Chocolate and Calm is a slower paced, sensory workshop that blends the joy of chocolate making with space for reflection, connection and care. Designed especially for anyone willing to learn, this experience invites you to pause, reconnect with yourself and explore the role of food and pleasure - in wellbeing.
Through mindful chocolate making and meaningful conversation you’ll craft therapeutic chocolate treats to take home.

Rest & Reset afternoon, Fuel & Flow

Gentle yoga to harmonise mind and body, breathwork to clear stuck energy, guided meditation and finishing off with a blissful sound bath to reset and restore your energy.

Tai Chi Qiong
22nd September 2025 2pm
If you are looking for a way to relax and re-energise or maybe reduce high blood pressure and fatigue, Tai Chi could be the perfect solution. The movements are extremely slow and relaxing but also energising. It is almost a moving meditation. It can be performed standing or seated or a combination of both.
Applying the techniques and training that I have completed with Tai Chi for Health and the Shibashi Academy, I am able to bring this simple practice into the workplace for maximum impact.
A typical session will include some daily Tai Chi Qigong warm up movements followed by a short Qigong sequence.

A joyful, hands-on chocolate adventure designed especially for kids!
In this playful workshop, young chocolate lovers will dive into mixing, decorating, and creating their very own delicious treats – while learning a little about where chocolate comes from and how it’s made. It’s a brilliant way to spark creativity, build confidence, and (most importantly) have a lot of messy, chocolatey fun.
