Wild Wellbeing
Wednesday 20th August 11am - 4pm
🌿Wild Wellbeing: A Deeper Reconnecting To Self: Through Plants, Art, Conversation & Community 🌿
Wild Wellbeing invites us to root into the wisdom of the wild once a month, experiencing a specific plant both as our guide and as our mirror.
We’ll explore this gift of nature through multi-sensory plant identification & connection work encouraging descriptive & reflective journaling, intuitive creative expression and deep conversation. All designed to help us integrate insights & new learnings as well as awaken an awareness to our own inner wilderness.
Fuelled by a vibrant plant-powered lunch and guided Quantum Flow practices we’ll gently open up our energetic fields so they can hold, be present with and receive the gifts of a plant that grows so freely around us.
Celebrating its offerings through our own hand-crafted take-home make, we’ll leave feeling grounded, open, connected & enriched, complete with a journal of our travels in hand.
Hosted by the incredibly Creative Sarah & the deeply Intuitive Uzma, they look forward to holding space for us all, both on the day and before & after the session via a dedicated whatsapp group (mobile numbers will be needed for this).
Come, join us, be a part of a collective deepening & enriching of our sense of self and our place amongst the beautiful surroundings we live in.
With love
Uzma & Sarah 😊
Tai Chi Qiong
August 21st 2025 9am - 10am
If you are looking for a way to relax and re-energise or maybe reduce high blood pressure and fatigue, Tai Chi could be the perfect solution. The movements are extremely slow and relaxing but also energising. It is almost a moving meditation. It can be performed standing or seated or a combination of both.
Applying the techniques and training that I have completed with Tai Chi for Health and the Shibashi Academy, I am able to bring this simple practice into the workplace for maximum impact.
A typical session will include some daily Tai Chi Qigong warm up movements followed by a short Qigong sequence.
